With our premium service, your transaction receives prioritized processing through one of the pools we are partnering with. It is confirmed the moment our mining partner successfully mines a block containing your transaction.

Sometimes, we are unable to confirm certain transactions. It is technically possible for a transaction to depend on other factors that may not be readily apparent. We strive to offer our premium service only when we are confident that we can provide assistance. However, due to numerous technicalities, achieving 100% accuracy is challenging. If we cannot confirm your transaction within a specified time frame, we will promptly refund your money.
Sometimes, the Bitcoin network experiences extremely high congestion. In such extraordinary circumstances, we receive a high volume of orders, and there may be a delay in processing them. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
