Terms and Conditions of Use
The terms and conditions outlined in this document govern the use of all BitAccelerate products, including all content, services, and products available through the website. By using any part of the products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, including any operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published by BitAccelerate from time to time, such as the Privacy Policy. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the products. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the products or use any services. If BitAccelerate offers the products, acceptance is limited to these terms. BitAccelerate reserves the right to modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to the products. Any changes will take effect immediately and will be noted in the Changelog at the end of these Terms of Service. They may also apply retroactively to all existing users. If you fail to comply with these terms, and BitAccelerate does not take immediate action, this does not mean that we have forfeited any rights we may have to take action in the future. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid or void, the remaining terms and conditions will still be in effect. 1. Refund Policies 1.1. Refund Eligibility - We do not refund before 24 hours have passed and we have not been able to confirm the transaction from the relevant order. - We do not issue refunds for already successfully accelerated and confirmed transactions. - We do not refund if it was paid to another competing service and/or the transaction was replaced by another. 1.2. Refund Exclusions - We do not refund if another pool mines the transaction before ours. - We do not refund if the user has submitted an incorrect or already confirmed transaction. - We do not provide refunds for orders that have been partially paid. 1.3. Refund Process - Refunds are made only in the manner in which the relevant order was paid. - In the case of a refund, each case with a given order is considered closed. - In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the necessary transaction fee from the amount being refunded. 1.4. Overpayments - All overpayments are considered a tip and are non-refundable! 1.5. Refund Period - The refund period starts from the time of payment to us, not from the time the order is placed. - Transactions with unconfirmed inputs take longer to confirm. The reason is that all inputs need to be confirmed, which takes time. With them, we refund if the main transaction is not confirmed for more than 72 hours. 2. Other Policies: 2.1. Payment Conditions - We only work if the payment to us is the full amount and is confirmed! - In case of partial payment, the user must pay the remaining amount to the same address. - Each order must be paid within one astronomical hour. If payment is received after this timeframe, we reserve the right to request additional funds. This policy is in place due to potential changes in market conditions, which may result in higher transaction acceleration fees. 2.2. Transaction Validity - We are not responsible for confirming transactions that are invalid or have been removed from the Bitcoin network. - We take absolutely no responsibility for confirming transactions accelerated with our free service! 2.3. Order Information - The user is obliged to keep his order number/ID for future reference and to provide it when contacting us. 2.4. Transaction Origin and Refusal - We are not responsible for the origin of the funds from the transactions we accelerate. We have no way of knowing the purpose of these transactions and their origin. They will be confirmed at some future point and without our help. - We reserve the right to refuse to accelerate transactions that are known to be related to illegal activities or otherwise violate the law. 2.5. Confirmation Timeframe - We cannot commit to any specific time frame for the confirmation of a transaction. There is a huge amount of randomness in when the miners we partner with will be lucky enough to mine a block with it. 3. Privacy Policies: - We collect absolutely no user data other than the transaction number that will be expedited. - We do not log IP addresses, the system does not require a profile and login. 4. Trademark Policy 4.1. Trademark Ownership - The trademark "BitAccelerate", including its figurative representation, is a registered trademark in Europe under EUTM number 019007271. Unauthorized use of this trademark in any form is strictly prohibited except as explicitly permitted in this policy. 4.2. Permissible Use of Trademark - Reviewers, commentators, and other third parties are permitted to use "BitAccelerate" in a nominative fair use manner. This includes using the trademark to refer to our products or services, provided that such use is truthful and does not suggest endorsement by us, and does not mislead consumers. 4.3. Prohibited Uses - You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify "BitAccelerate", including its figurative representation, in any way that misleads consumers into believing there is an association or endorsement by us without our prior written consent. - The use of "BitAccelerate" as a metatag, keyword, or any other "hidden text" without the express written permission of bitaccelerate.com is also strictly prohibited. 4.4. Referencing the Trademark - When referencing "BitAccelerate", you are encouraged to use it in a manner that makes it clear that it is a registered trademark. This includes using the ™ or ® symbol as appropriate. - Example: BitAccelerate® or BitAccelerate™. 4.5. Consequences of Infringement - Unauthorized use of "BitAccelerate" that violates this policy may result in legal action. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available under the law, including monetary damages and injunctive relief. 4.6. Changes to Trademark Policy - We reserve the right to modify this Trademark Policy at any time.
